About Us

Since 2007, Mackay IT Solutions has been providing tech solutions to the Health, Education and Retail sectors across the Mackay and Whitsunday Region.  Since relocating and expanding in 2024, we now also service clients in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne.  Our vast experience in servicing medical clinics has seen us design and implement a large number of complex multi-location practice networks, carry out many data migrations between various clinical systems, develop data analysis and reporting tools for several research projects across Australia and improve the quality, security and workflow of countless existing computer networks.

About Chris Spagnolo, Owner and Systems Engineer

Chris is known for his friendliness, cool-head and personal touch. He believes strongly in meeting the customer where they’re at, and tailoring tech support to however it best suits you, the user. He thrives on solving problems and is most in his element when coming across a problem he hasn’t seen before, which unfortunately for him, doesn’t happen as often as he'd like!​
